flash stick format

plz how i can format flash stick at HDMU image
When I work initialization it stop to 50%

Don't use the format tool of the image!

In short words: Format your stick in ext2 (or ext3, but this is slower)
The ext2-partition on the stick has to be renamed to the label "RECORD"
You also need a "movie" folder on your partition.
After that HDMU should detect and mount your stick as HDD.
