Tuner Unavailable when exiting Media Centre bug

Hi Guys,
When I use media centre and then exit it to view a satellite channel, I get a tuner unavailable error.
Its almost like the tuner shuts down when Media Centre is used and requires a reboot to get it going again.

I have tried this on 2 boxes:
Ultraplus 9000HD twin tuner (hdbox image)
Ultraplus 900HD single tuner (1008gse+ image)

I have tried it with the following image releases:
10635 + 10709 (HDBOX)
10630 + 10709 (1008GSE+)

Is this a known bug?
Any help would be great.

Just tried 10727 on my UP9000 (hdbox) and it's working great. Tuner bug is gone :)
