Is there a way to do a full backup of the hdmu enigma2 image,not only settings???

No, no fullbackup Option...
you can use Menu -> Plugins -> Softwaremanagement to Backup your settings...

but all this stuff was postet several times here.. Please use the search next time before posting!

There is a plugin in Spark firmware. With this plugin you are able to make a fullbackup from E2.
