Amiko Alien 2 - Latest HDMU Image

Hi All,

I've had my Amiko Alien 2 for a few months now - and was using the Yoda April Satstation E2 image for a while until the HD channel judder issue.

I then started to use Spark - but the lack of CoolTVGuide has finally got to me - So I'm going to try and install the latest HDMU image - fingers crossed.

I wondered - in the latest Spark update, it included Airplay - so I can play content from my mobile/tablet via the imediashare app - Can this be done on the HDMU E2 image?

You can install airplayer as plugin from our feed.

Cool - I'll have a go later.

Just one issue I'm having - Upon Satellite set up, it only offers me 19.2E or 13.0E - I need 28.2E for UK - How can I get this?

I've managed to get autobouquets working for 28.2e.

Just need to figure out Oscam and then I'm happy.

Got my Oscam all sorted. Couple of quick questions -

Can I set the long EPG button to access the CoolTV Guide? At present it brings up an extension menu and I mustt hen select CoolTV Guide.

When I press info, or change channel and the info bars shows - It seems to have a little cropped off the bottom - can this be changed?

Red button -> Cool TV Guide

When I press the red button it beings up 'Please choose an extension..........
1 Sleep Timer
2 Autobouquets loader
3 Cool Channel Guide
4 Cool easy Guide
5 Cool single guide
6 Cool TV guide
7 Cross EPG downlaoder
8 Graphical multi EPG
9 Remount.

I then have to move down to 6 and press OK for the cool tv guide.

Is there a way to just make it go straight into the cool tv guide?

Try to check CoolTV Guide setting: Menu>Plugins>CoolTVGuide. I think there is an option how to start plugin just with one button. I don't use CoolTV Guide at all, so I'm not sure..
