C band Frequencies issue

C band with hdmu has some issue. Like paksat 38 i hv ptv sports channel frequency 4004 and ptv news 4000, but with Hdmu when i scan 4004 i get ptv news,cant get ptv sports, i tried ar-p image and all works normal. after alot of tries i found solution that if i add 5 or 6 digit with frequency 4010 then i get ptv sports. but it freez after some time, its the main problem with many channels of c band i hv to add 6 digits more in frequency to get that channel but it start freezing an must change channel to get rid of problem while ar-p image with enginner khan backup all owrks perfect but ar-p is slow to respong with remote while hdmu works like a charm, Any help in this regards,
