no way to help in this way.
1) post your bootargs
2) post the telnet output of: fdisk -l
3) if possible make a serial log of the starting phase

but when it dose not boot I can not contact the box and get any information.
or should I get these info when I boot the box from the flash img.? or what?

any reason why you don't use mini? OK - however

please boot any e2 image (aaf) or neutrino (bp),
then do via telnet:
fdisk -l

and don't forget the bootargs ;)

OK - you can boot images from usb either using BA or mini(maxi) uboot.
BA is the older possibility which enables a Startmenu onscreen - but heavily outdated.
mini uboot is the much better choice

Please just use google - there are so many threads about it.
