IPBOX 900HD failure to scan C Band Channels of Asiasat 3S 105 degree east

I have Ipbox 900HD receiver and I use HDMU Images. I have this problems when you ever wanted I to scan C-band channels on Asiasat 3S at 105 degree scanning but it shows on screen Appears KU band-frequencies only. Whenever I tried to manually scan it through single transponders it did not help. This problem-june please be solved. Regards.

sorry, but noone of us has the possibility to fix it, because we can´t receive such channels or such a satellite.

The same result with tunning Paksat IR at 38 degree.
Is there any possibility that I can tune single transponders? Whenever I try, it shows NO C-BAND Transponders in the list, Instead KU band frequencies list appear. I f it start shows C-Band List Then I may be able to tune the C band frequencies provided I am given the option to manually feed them in the list.
