Help with clock 00:00 After press Reboot with spark in HDMU

Dear sir i have a big problem.
i flashed a Golden Media spark triblex with HDMU (HDMU_12119_E2_spark7162_213_git_5714 (http://images.hdmedia-universe.com/spark7162/HDMU_12119_E2_spark7162_213_git_5714_nodebug_mix_F lash.zip)) .
After this all work perfect.
I click Restart to Spark and bang ... the triblex reboot and show only clock with 00:00
if i wait the clock show 00:01 after one minute 00:02 etc
nothing.
What is this issue.
Anybody have a solution?
rs232 nullmodem cable ... jtag .. what?

So the front buttons are not working at all? Means you cannot change manually back to Enigma2 or Spark?

Do you have a serial cable?

Maybe you can fix it with this cable.

Yes i have a serial cable , Null modem
i caonnect the spark triplex , open putty or hyperterminal ( 115200 - N 1 N ) start the deco but nothing do.

databits=8 parity=0 stopbit=1

ok and after ? how i can to connect with the decoder?

Open Terminal and set box adress etc.
Connect nullmodem cable to box and pc.

Now make a Connect with Terminal to your box. Terminal is waiting now of Data from box.

Now switch on Power from box.
Connect established..... :-)

from where will find IP on router i clear IP and find ne ip from box it not show anything the box stay only by clock and nothing else

Please forget step 1.
You have only set the com parameter in Terminal.

Have a people that know how to connect the board with jtag ? or how to reset the boot setting like before the HDMU make the disaster?
Who know what the command in hdmu center "reboot to spark" make?
are people that programming this , or is a mistery?

You have only to set the correct com parameters. You don´t need the ip adress for rs232......:cool:

I wrote forget step 1 with adress and so on, no ip needed.

sorry, i think the only solution is jtag, our user Dimis can normaly fix the uboot.

@ santa do you know Dimis ? i write a PM but he answer that don't know spark triplex , he only repair a pingulinux. It's different board.
Scuse me but who is the maker of HDMU image ? this people don't now the uboot? don't know the jtag ? don't know the problem that the image make.
I'ts impossible to make an image for a stb and don't know this stb.
It's incredible.

No we don't have all boxes, we support 30.
How did we test all images before we upload this.

We already named our image "beta", we build nightly, so issues can happen.
I don't know why, but there was a file in our image.

I belive that's not the answer that you want to hear, but we can't help you fixing the uboot, sorry.

Würde ich auch gern mal wissen.

Wenn man etwas schlau ist kann man da ohne Geld was machen.
Die können eh nur feststellen das die box nicht mehr startet.

Ich weis aus sicherer Quelle, dass er dafür nix bezahlt hat. Was mich wundert ist, dass sie das Board angeblich gewechselt haben. Würde ja bedeuten das die den Bootloader selber nicht in der Lage sind neu einzuspielen. Wundert mich etwas.

.... das ist heut bei sehr vielen die übliche Praxis....geht schnell...und manche schicken dann eben die "defekten Boards" nach Fernost wo sie wieder instandgesetzt werden und dann wieder eingebaut werden können.... also ein Kreislauf der Boards...
