DVB-C Blind Scan

Hello,
I'm using golden media spark one sti7162 with hdmu image. It has only DVB-C tuner. I want to make blind scan but no chance it is available only for DVB-S.
Is there any plugin which can do blind scan for DVB-C. I need to give frequence interval with incremantal value parameter the same for symbol rate (interval with incremental value).

i think blind scan option is not implemented in driver, but i´m not sure

So it means there will be no plugin for blind scan ?

If the driver don't support it, the best plugin will not work.

Not only driver, also tuner must suppport blindscan.
