First impression: image has been built for loader 5.0X but is booted with loader 6.00. It does not have or cannot create /var and /sbin is corrupt. A this image was probably built with kernel 215, compare the kernel setup-files and mtdconcat-files for 214 and 215 in the Patches directory, and look at the mtd-layouts in both. File size may also be an indicator: the files for loader 6.00 are larger than those for loader 5.0X (kernel 209 and 211).
