image probleme

after installing new image.it doesnt start .block on icon hdmu in the left.

im sorry but im not expert,all i see is that after instaling new image .the reciever after rebooting stay on the picture hdmu.it doesnt show the menu at all.just stay

you only have to log the start with a serial cable...if you can install a image on a azbox, you can log to
you must not be an expert for that

i have instaled old image hdmu.work fine,but in some french chanel in eutelsat 5 west like m6hd,tf1hd and hd1 ,there is no tone in these channel.all other channel work fine.
