Take a look at Morly's Admin Tool, there is a logging Tab. It is easy to use.

In the FAQ you can find How to log, but only in german.

Without a Log we can't fix anything.

You have to create a Log...

Open morlys Admin Tool, click on logging, e2 network logging, Open this plugin, save the Log and attach here.
This are possible in less then 2 minutes....
