videoenhancement, how should it work if no proc devices are here?


i take a look in the wetek e2 source

but proc/stb/vmpeg/0/pep_apply does not exist....


i also take a look in "OSD" position....but this does not change the osd postion, only the video position...but will be aviable in next release.
