- Fortis_HDbox -> FS9000 und FS9200
- Octagon1008 -> HS9510
- Atevio7500 -> HS8200.
Gruesse,

Hello mountaineer,
My guess is that this transponder is either in the grey area (11600 - 11700 MHz) of at a extreme of a band. The grey area is part of both the low and the high band and these frequencies can be received in both. Which band the receiver picks is part of the driver, which in turn is determined by the tuner. The E2 drivers usually pick the high band from 11600 Mhz onwards, but the factory software picks the low until 11700 MHz. It is also possible that the tuner in your Octagon does not handle this particular transponder well.
Just a suggestion: have you tried attenuating the signal a bit? "even with tons of signal" may mean the input stages of the tuner are overdriven.
Regards,
Audioniek.
