You have to see about your mother-board and locate the connector or the pitches prepared to leave the UARTx used to debug service!

For example, Fulan STi7111 series has four UART ... but as seen in the circuit diagram, only two are used for the debug service purpose (UART2 & UART3).

Others (UART0 and UART1) are configurated for used how general PIO (IN/OUT) access to other devices inside!

So every mother-board revision with its STicore chipset may be different from the other !

The easiest thing is to open the receiver and take several photos of the mother-board.

I see a module transceiver MAX232 (convert interface for RS232 to TTL UART signal) ... Is it of your receiver ?

If yes !?!

On the connector (CON 3 PS103) there are the TX/RX signal converted to RS232 EIA (PC- standard) ...

[CON 3] You can take RXD (IN pin 1) - TXD (OUT pin 2) - GND (pin 3) for connected to RS232 DIP9 (serial comunication port) of your PC ...

For right connection on PC RS232 DIP 9 Female ... refer to standard pinout (RX/TX) !

P.S. On attached image ... there is the pinout of the MAX232 IC!
