no internal hard disc.I use 8gb sd mini card with card reader.

OK - start admin tool and connect,
then change to tab "HDD/Images".
There change to: "Manage Partitions" - change number of partitions to whatever you like, filesystem to ext2 and press the green tick (will take some time)
When done change back to "Manage Images", there you should see your new partitions.
Make a right click on the first partition and say: "Install Image" - choose the downloaded archive from here (Image)
If done please make a screenshot an post it

does "CONNECT" means to connect to internet?or to receiver?cuberevo250hd(which is same as ipbox91hd has no rs232 port,and there is only one usb port)

Hi mada - the tool connects via ethernet, just start the tool, enter the IP address of the box, check the password and press connect,
no rs232 and friends needed

ok,i understood.this will take time to do.as i can use here only usb connect internet,while my receiver cannot.i,ll try and let u know.
