What usb stick can you use for HDMU

    Hello,
I'm already using the HDMU image. This image i have installed on a 1Gb stick. But no i'm trying to install the image on a larger stick but i have trouble mounting the usb. I have tried 4 different usb sticks but no luck. If I use the command fdisk -l i can see the usb but i'm unable to mount it.
What usb i have to use?
I am using the latest HDMU image and I have a ipbox9000hd.
    Thx

maybe the stick is just not well formatted - can you post the output of:
    Code:
    fdisk -l; blkid; mount

Ok, there are lots of problems on your stick.

Try to format it with morly's Tool or the box, with telnet. It is always better to do that with HDDs and Sticks. Don't do that with the PC.

There is no need to use ext3 on a stick, ext2 is better.

I think your HDD is clean, so install your image to this, instead of the Stick.
This is faster and better way.

Try to connect with morlys stb Admin Tool and manage the HDD.
    Create 4 parts.

Imageparts must be ext2, record also can be ext3 or ext4.

    @reward,
i have already tried that but that didn't work also. I have seen that there a lot of partions on the stick. I have used morlys tool to make one partion but still no mount possible.

If you still want to repair the flashpen:
please go to HDD/Images - Manage Partitions - and invoke: "Re-Create Partition Table"
After doing so create the parts...
