    OK - after re-creating the partition table you have to re-partition the stick,
    change the number of parts - everything gets yellow - change all your settings and confirm with the green tick (button)

    this will take some time - then try the first given command again - any changes?

    I did this procedure but the after that i tried to mount again and still no success

    I used again these commands: fdisk -l, blkid, mount and this was the result:

    [PGI ~]$ fdisk -l

    Disk /dev/sda: 750.1 GB, 750156374016 bytes
    255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 91201 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

    Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System

    Disk /dev/sdb: 7817 MB, 7817125376 bytes
    241 heads, 62 sectors/track, 1021 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 14942 * 512 = 7650304 bytes

    Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System

    [PGI ~]$ blkid
    /dev/mtdblock3: TYPE="squashfs"
    /dev/sdb: UUID="ACC8-98A4" TYPE="vfat"

    [PGI ~]$ mount
    rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
    /dev/root on / type squashfs (ro)
    none on /dev type tmpfs (rw)
    none on /tmp type tmpfs (rw)
    proc on /proc type proc (rw)
    sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw)
    usbfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw)
    devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw)
    tmpfs on /dev/shm type tmpfs (rw)
    /dev/mtdblock4 on /var type jffs2 (rw,noatime)
    none on /mnt type tmpfs (rw)

    - - - Aktualisiert - - -

    I did a reboot and now I can mount!!
    Thx for all the good advise
