HDMU image and menu flicker

hello to all
will pose a new problem:
I installed the 11607 and I found flicker problems on the infobar, on the menu when they are on HD channels, the channel looks good but I infobar flicker on infobars and on menus. I went back to 11482 which was fine but the problem is still present. What can it be? can I fix?

Think I've read in some posts that the issue could be caused if you have 60Hz set in video settings. Could you please double check your setting and test with 50Hz to see if it is gone afterwards?

I take this opportunity to ask another question:
I have an alien Amiko SHD-8900, the version with the buttons behind the panel. If I install the picons have a significant loss of signal from the parable, if I uninstall it all comes back ok .... why? I can solve this?
