Hi,

Im trying to add rats picons updater to the HDMU Spark7162 latest image on Amiko Alien 2 but just keep hitting a dead end can any one help?

Do you get an error or do you have a Crashlog?

sorry,

its not crashing, when adding through software managemt it shows as updated but i then restart and nothing. ive added the file to TMP/ and it shows in management to add but then nothing after the installed message.

as a newbie it has an all.ipk or a mipsels.ipk

Try to unzip the IPK(with 7-Zip)and copie the file to usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/extensions,restart your Receiver and then looks under Plugins,if your Plugin is there.
