Which image for Amiko Spark 8900 alien

Can someone point me to the latest release enigma image for amiko 8900 Spark alien?

Having a look here at the images http://www.hdmedia-universe.com/boar...id=1&box=spark

I don't really know what is MDS, USB or FLASH. Don't which image I can use for my box

flash is an image to install on box
usb is for multiboot and install on a external usb-stick

Can I flash the box from spark using the plugin or I have to do it from enigma version I have installed?

I have flashed the box but I can't changed from component (default) to HDMI. Remote doesn't work

How can I change to HDMI connection I have in the box?

i am a real newbie i have 2 x 3700 icecrypt duel boot up, i know how to switch from spark to hdmu and vice versa trying to find a image that is easy to set up moter i am currently using hyperion image its good but very like dream box in menu very difficult to navigate round,not easy to search for channels and when ive downoaded them cant find them, you got a real dummy on your hands here any advise on easier image.???
