spark 7162 problem

Hi,
I have some problems with last images for spark 7162
on some sd or hd chanels, i have a grey screen that i had not with the previous image.
And sometimes when i switch on, box goes in a test mode with red light on front panel.
the clock doesnt stay correct more than one day...
please help

It's worst again now,
On the last image, i cant access to the chanel info and surf like before in my chanel list.
Everything becomes creazy ...
i'm tired about the new images for this box. i will sell my box.
The new default skin is horrible.
Who is playing with all that??
