E2 13228 IPBOX900 telnet and FTP problem

Looks like telnet and ftp this image the services are not up by default, I can not connect.
Like this my question is how to solve / fix this, since I can download the next plugins from internet, but I can not connect to receiver to upload my lists ... etc. Thanks.

Solution for now, I moved to the previous image (HDMU_13203_E2_ipbox900_215_git_3354_nodebug_mix_US B.tar.gz) and now all is ok. Telnet and FTP service are runnig and working ok.
Please fix this problem so we can use the latest image.
