Exact, that's my problem.
Missing, and understand mac, and english too.
I can read and understand english, but if it is technically, I have to quit.
Maybe you have installed qt 4.8.6-1 before upgrading to El Capitan? Trying to install qt 4.8.6 on my Mac I get an error saying "this package is not compatible with your operating system"

Got qt-opensource-mac-x64-clang-5.5.1 installed. Same errors in the console, same behavior of the MAT.

Did you a dubbel klick on Qt.mpkg?
If yes , then richt single click and hold, then select open.
Okay, got it opened now, I can see the "Contents" folder.
In the drop-down menu you used the 3rd selection (Show ....). You have to use the first (Open).

The version 5.5.1 will not work at all.
Gibt es inzwischen was neues im Bezug auf qt und MAT auf Mac?
