Oscam help request denied?

Good Morning,

I recently posted a request for assistance in the first time set up of Oscam to read an original Sky UK card (not cardsharing) but my thread has been closed without explanation. Can I point again out that this is a legitimate request with an original card. Why is that not allowed?
