Ok tried to reproduce the green screen error but I couldn't, don't remember what I did, maybe by that time I had changed the skin and that's why, if that makes any difference on the background crash color, I don't know?!?!
Anyway I installed from scratch on a fresh formatted USB pen and I found 2 problems that gave the blue screen crash you said and a third new one.

1- I installed new settings and after settings wore updated I got the crash but stuck without doing the reboot again, here is the screen:

2- On initial setup I choose 1080P@50Mhz, it works and I have good definition, next reboot all text and image becomes fuzzy, that's why the image from problem 1 is blurred.
I have to choose 30Mhz so in every boot the text and image stays sharp without that problem.

3- Another crash blue screen when changing the skin to the HD midnight something... but this time receiver does the proper enigma reload, here is the screen:
