I created in the tmp directory, but it will not activate

voila je ne trouve pas le fichier cam.info car j'ai besoin de ce fichier pour afficher l'EMU active dans un skin
je l'ai crée dans le repertoire tmp mais il ne s'active pas
donc s'il y a un fichier ou je peux trouve l'emu active....
